CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
Please note that once your order has been placed, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order, and 5% of the total order value will be deducted.

In case your order has been shipped, or cancellation of order has been requested beyond 24 hours, the cancellation will be treated as a Return, and charges for the same will be levied. Return charges are reflected below.


CANCELLATION BY THE PINK BOX
Please note that there may be some orders that we may be unable to accept. You will be notified regarding the same within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

RETURNS
1. For The Pink Box Subscriptions

Since The Pink Box is specially customized as per the requirements of each subscriber, we levy a Cancellation Fee.

  • Box not shipped - 5% of total order value
  • For 1 Time Purchase,
    • If your Pink Box has been shipped, we levy a charge of Rs. 250 per box.
  • For 3 Month Subscription, if your 1st box has been shipped, cancellation charge would be Rs. 250

  • For 12 Month Subscription, if your 1st box has been shipped, cancellation charge would be Rs. 250

  • In a situation where the subscriber refuses delivery of the box at their address, or is unavailable at the given address after 3 delivery attempts are made, the order will be marked as 'Customer Refused To Accept', and we will levy a charge of Rs. 250 on the same.
2. For other Products

Due to Safety and Hygiene reasons, we do not entertain exchange or returns.

In case of delivery of wrong or damaged product, please write in to us along with Order # and pictures of wrong or damaged product to contact@thepinkbox.in

 

REFUND
The refund will be sent to you within 4 weeks of us receiving the returned Pink Box, only if the box is unopened. This would include time taken by us to inspect your returned product, and the time taken by your credit card company/bank to process the payment. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method chosen by you while subscribing to The Pink Box.
If you have used an international credit card to make payment, Crimson Fuchsia Retail LLP will not be responsible for any transaction charges on the refund issued. We will only refund the amount displayed in INR on our website. The time taken to process the refund could be up to 7 working days.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In case any of the contents in the box are defective or damaged, please get in touch with us within 4 days of receiving the box. After inspecting the condition of the goods, we will process an exchange or refund request. If the product is not found to be defective, we will treat it as a Return Order and charges will be levied accordingly.
Since we seal each and every box before dispatch, kindly do not accept delivery of any box whose seal has been broken.

 

SHIPPING POLICY
An additional shipping fee of Rs. 90 is levied on Giocare Cloth Pads, Rs. 50 is levied on The Pink Box, Rs. 40 on Intimate Hygiene Wash & Foam, Rs. 30 on &Me products under Rs. 199, and Rs. 20 on Pain Relief Patches.

Unless a specific shipping date is mentioned on the product page, all products are shipped 24 - 48 hours after placing the order. Once dispatched, delivery may take 2 - 8 business working days depending on the delivery / shipping address. We do not guarantee same day, next day or 2-day delivery.
Shipping & deliveries may be delayed during festive seasons, heavy rains and unforeseen circumstances.
